bump nav bar up

How do I move the nav bar so it rests immedately beneath aqua company name?  Ever since I added the logo to the right of the company name the nav bar has shifted down.

If you go to other pages of the site, you will see how close I want the nav bar to be the company name.  These pages are missing the logo in the left corner.

The div id "logo" is floated to the left but because you didn't define any other CSS, the bottom edge of that div is pushing all other content down.  Do you know how to set the CSS so that the div sits on top of other content?
