Anyone have experience with GHA Technologies?

I just got a flyer in the mail from www.gha-associates.com
It touts them as a seller of re-manufactured hp / cisco hardware (and others).

I was wondering if anyone has purchased from them in the past and what experiences (good or bad) have you had.

If they are the GHA out of Arizona, I had an awful lot of problems with them 3 years ago. It is possible that they are not the same GHA that I dealt with, so please take this with a grain of salt. At the time I dealt with GHA my company had been primarily using them to provide consumable printing supplies. The issue became, they were sending bulk shipments (that I didn't order) to other departments within the company that didn't know they weren't ordered. It was a major pain to get them to stop sending items, their sales associates were very very difficult to reach and refused to deal with the situation. I ended up sending them a certified letter stating that anything sent from them beyond the date of receipt of the letter would be considered a donation and not to expect payment. They sent one more shipment, I sent the billing invoice back with the letter attached and the signed receipt of the letter.

Yes. Scottsdale, AZ. They are billing themselves as GHA Technologies.

We use them. Not exclusively. Prices good. Service good. No real issues. We spend around $100k annually with them.

Who holds the warranties? Are they direct from manufacturers? Do you have smartnet / hpcare on any?
