If you want the first 3 values to be the same color, select the range where you have the values, go to Conditional Formatting on the Home tab, then select the Top/Bottom Rules and choose Top 10 Items. Then change the 10 to 3 and choose the color that you want. Click OK.

Which version of Excel are you using?

If you want each of the top 3 values to have it's own color, then you need to create 3 different rules on the Conditional Formatting like this:

Top value: image1
2nd top value: image2
3rd top value: image3

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
