Make changes to drop-dwon menu on webiste

I purchased a website template and I am customizing it, but I don't know who to edit the menu items and also to make the email form work on the Contact-us form. (the host is godaddy)
I have uploaded the site to a test site for now. ( see the link below)
Instead of inserting a table in the top, I would like to do the following:

1. Edit the "Menu" drop-down navigation. Basically, I want to remove the  drop down options ( i.e Salads, soups,.....). I just want to link it to another page or a pdf file. I want it to behave like the other navigation options that only turn red.

2. I need to make the mail form work on the Contact us page. I am hosting with godaddy.

Here is the site address  " 360 comp.net"   ( all one word)

Hi netcomp,

1. Just remove this code to remove the dropdown part:

                              <li><a href="index-1.html">Salads</a></li>
                            <li><a href="index-1.html">Soups</a></li>
                            <li><a href="index-1.html">Appetizers</a></li>
                            <li><a href="index-1.html">Beverages</a></li>
                            <li><a href="index-1.html">Desserts</a></li>

                            <li class="last"><a href="index-1.html">Lunch Specials</a></li>

2. You need to use a server site scripting language like perl, ASP, or PHP to process the form submission and send email.
but most web hosting services have a send email function as these days they all use their own version see
