Paypal just said to look at the shopping cart, as many carts don't send the itemized information for payments pro, just teh gross sale.

I have website payments pro set up in my magento store (ver 1.3.2.4) and magento adds on sales tax correctly. Paypal reports the gross payment including both the merchandise and the sales tax correctly, but shows &quot;$0&quot; sales tax collected. <br />

Paypal standard payments show tax correctly... just when customer uses credit card is the problem.<br />
