Net Backup agent installation

I pushed the unix client software to one solaris 10 server from the Netbackup server.
the installation finish successfully and the backup worked fine on this server.
However, just after the installation i got this error on the solaris server:

pbx_exchange[22323]: PBX_Manager::open, external IPV6 endpoint failed.
pbx_exchange[22323]: PBX_Manager::open, external IPv4 endpoint failed.

any clue why i got these errors?

    It is Netbackup 7.0. There seems to be some issues (bugs) depending on your configuration. Review below to see if this applies.

    Also, could a firewall be causing your problem. The pbx requires port 1556 be open.
