This is probably a problem that others have encountered many times but I don't have enough time to go through all the questions to find the solution.

Basically a customer is experiencing trouble printing from Microsoft Outlook 2007, they are on Windows Vista. She is not having trouble printing from any other program on her PC. She is receiving this message when trying to print an email "There is a problem with the selected printer. You may need to reinstall the printer. Try again, or use a different printer."

I have tried many different solutions I have found on google but none have worked.
Can someone please help urgently?

- there is a similar problem raised by another user on Outlook 2007 printing problem. it might be caused after  installing MS KB2509470 update. to resolve it, uninstall that update.

Steve,
- the KB2509470 is an update for Outlook 2007 regardless of Windows OS. if your client pc's Windows Update sets to auto, do look for that KB if it's installed in Control Panel by selecting “View installed updates” in the "Uninstall a Program".

Sorry for the delayed response. This has been fixed, in the end it was a case of reinstalling outlook. The update was not the issue as even once removed we still had the same problem.
