my one of the client having issues with receiving fax on outlook 2010 when they have recently migrated to 2010 outlook earlier they was on 2003 outlook. while they receive fax emails on 2010 they comes as read not unread if they try to make it as unread so they are not able to do so. please help 2003 is working fine with no issues.
