    ow, i'm sorry ;)

So we have a windows 2008 R2 server, with sharepoint foundation and office webapps on it.
We have configured several workspaces on the sharepoint server.
In each workspace, are several excel documents.

I want to backup this documents every day.
It don't go with the default backup of sharepoint, because this one backups the sql database.
I just want the excel files to be backuped.

The easiest way to do what you want is to map \\companyweb folder as a network drive and use any backup software to backup your files. You can even use NTBackup for this purpose.

Hit the link below to get the pdf with simple guide on how to map \\companyweb as network drive.

    Hope it helps.
