Hi

I have a client with SBS 2003 and is using exchange. A printer/copier has the ability to scan documents to a email account and then email to someone internally. Anyway for whatever reason it has hung up recently after a large scan to email was performed. I want to free it up.

Where do I go to on server to see if that email his hung? and second delete item in its mailbox?

Not to sound to dumb, but in exchange system manager - How do I review queues?

And Second - If the Que for the mailbox scan has stuff in it, how to I delete it to free mailbox up?
