I have a client with SBS 2003 and is using exchange. A printer/copier has the ability to scan documents to a email account and then email to someone internally. Anyway for whatever reason it has hung up recently after a large scan to email was performed. I want to free it up.<br />

Where do I go to on server to see if that email his hung? and second delete item in its mailbox?<br />
