I have a client with SBS 2003 and is using exchange. A printer/copier has the ability to scan documents to a email account and then email to someone internally. Anyway for whatever reason it has hung up recently after a large scan to email was performed. I want to free it up.

Where do I go to on server to see if that email his hung? and second delete item in its mailbox?

I would power cycle the copier, then open exchange system manager and review the queues.  let us know if that does not help.

Not to sound to dumb, but in exchange system manager - How do I review queues?

And Second - If the Que for the mailbox scan has stuff in it, how to I delete it to free mailbox up?

Start - programs - exchanage - exchange system manager - servers - server_name - queues -

find the offending message, if any, rclick - (choice of several)
