International hosted PBX VoIP

Hi, I have a client that has workers oversea's in the us, philipines, and india.  They want to be able to forward calls to these outer countries. What's the best way for them to achieve this seamlessly without their customers knowledge that they're being transfered across the globe?  They were thinking a hosted PBX would be the answer.

There are providers like http://www.jajah.com/ that allow you to buy telephone numbers in different countries so that customers can call local numbers, but in the background, their call is traversing the globe to another country where you have the hosted PBX.

In a nutshell, best way would be to buy numbers in India, Phillipines and US as SIP trunks pointing to a Hosted PBX if you want to call it that, but as long as you have a Public IP, where to point your local number, you should be able to handle calls that way. Like for example this provider http://www.ip-telecomunicaciones.com/, they set you up so that you can configure Eyebeam to receive calls in Guatemala. People in Guatemala call a local number and you get the call in UK, where you are sitting on a coffee shop with a laptop. Replace the Eyebeam SIP client with a Hosted PBX. Done.
