Does Adobe Flash Professional CS5 include the H.264 codec?

I read that Flash Professional includes Adobe Media Encoder, but that the set of codecs is not the same for all Adobe products.

I searched on Adobe's site but I did not find this spec.

    @rjantonelli,  thank you for the link.  I have already seen it.  It does say the tutorial requires Flash Professional but I need  a more definitive answer.

    I found an old ad for Flash Pro CS4 and it says the H.264 codec in included.
