We are looking to add a custom Disclaimer to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 login screen.  This disclaimer can either be displayed on the original login screen or popped up when the user logs in.

I am wondering:

1.) Can this be done?
2.) How? Examples, etc.

Thanks in advance for the help.
