Call manager express gui - blank page

Hi,

 

I am setting up cme 8.5 on a 2811 router. I downloaded this file from cisco cme-151-3Tv1 that included the phone .tars and gui files, I don't however, see any thing called basic files, am I missing something or did something change on 8.5? I uploaded the gui files as well as all the phone .tars that I needed. I enabled http and pointed http to flash. When I attempt to access the gui, I get the login prompt, at that point I login with the user name and password I set under telephony service. At that point all I get is a blank page. I tried it on both IE8 and firefox with no luck. I have been looking on the net and although other people have this problem, I have not found a solution. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

yes, you are correct. The problem is fixed. The issue was that when I extracted the tar files, it put a file called CME 8.5.0 gui in flash, but it seems that flash  can't see it because of the broken filename. I uploaded the files once again directly to flash instead of its own directory and it worked. Thanks
