It will be difficult to get hosts to accept mail you send without a static IP. A good solution is to use a smart host. Call your ISP and ask them the settings for using them as a smart host.

so the problem is the dynamic IP address we can switch back if this will solve the problem?

There is a very good chance that this is the issue. Espesially if the issue presented itself just after making the change.

Austin's advice is good advice.  A Dynamic IP Address will mean that you will have to send ALL your mail via your ISP's Smarthost as the vast majority of servers trying to receive your email will see you are on a Dynamic IP Address and reject you right there.

Spammers like Dynamic IP Addresses because they can connect to their ISP (get one IP Address), send their spam, disconnect, re-connect (picking up a new IP Address), send their spam, disconnect and repeat ad nauseum.

For that very reason, the vast majority of Dynamic IP Addresses are blacklisted.

Visit and note down your IP Address.  Then visit and and enter the IP Address you write down and see how many blacklists your IP address appears on!

I would switch back to a Fixed IP Address immediately and never switch back to Dynamic unless you like trouble.

Once you are on a fixed IP Address again, make sure you ask your ISP to configure Reverse DNS on your new IP Address or you will have some problems.
