You can create a transport rule, I don't know if this is the way you made it, but in transport rule you can add a message or disclaimer to all email send to internet and domain emails.<br />

We've set up a disclaimer on Exchange 2010 and it works fine for new messages, but does not appear on replys and forwards. Is there a way to add the disclaimer to reply messages?
