How to forward all my email on Exchange Server 2003 (Client is Outlook 2010) to my gmail account

Hi there

While I am away on vacation, I prefer only to check my work related email from my gmail account. My quick question is How to forward all my email on Exchange Server 2003 (Client is Outlook 2010) to my gmail account with less administrative effort.

Please kindly advise ASAP.

You need to create a contact in Exchange and then in Active Directory Users and Computers in your account on the forwarding tab - then forward your email to the contact email address you setup.
