Unblock Email Signature Company Logo

Hello,

I am trying to add our company logo to our email signature, and have found, or at least it appears, that unless the sender with the logo is in the receiptients safe sender list, or contact list, the image is blocked.

Is there a way to solve this? or is this just the way microsoft decided life should be?

Thanks!

Mark

Recipients retain the option to add senders to their Safe Senders List for content and security reasons. There is no way to force a(n external) Outlook-using recipient to see the logo image in your signature due to this default precautionary setting (for which they can elect to use their Safe Senders List option accordingly).

Hi, markterry.

I suspect the image in the signature is actually on a web server and the image links to it.  If so, then download the image and embed it instead.  Outlook doesn't block embedded images, only linked ones.

Excellent point that I didn't address earlier, BDF.
