Windows 2008 R2 will not backup system state

Im trying to backup my Windows 2008 R2's system state backup but backup always failing and event viewer showing the following event. How can I fix that issue?

    Take a look at this similar question over on the TechNet forums

    The key there is to look for the logs

    Do they tell you more about the cause?

    I will try as soon as server is not busy and will update.

    Error in backup of C:\ during read: Error [0x80070057] The parameter is incorrect.

    I just tryed again and got the following error. This failure happening at 99%. I could not find useful info on the link that you have given above post. There is a registry key whihc is not exist in my server's registry.
