If I follow the steps that you gave me, will this simply restore the DSL modem back to the username and password of admin WITHOUT resetting any of the other important information programmed into the DSL modem?<br />

I simply want to be able to logon to the DSL modem and I don't want to actually reset all of the stored setttings which will take my customer site down as they won't be able to connect to the internet.
