Exchange 2010 Setup Errors: PrepareLegacyExchangePermissions & prepareschema

Don't know why I am getting the following error, Have tried everything to fix, but to no prevail

they were members, but I needed to force the replication and then logoff and then back on and everything worked.

The user you are using to run this command is member of the groups "Schema Admins" and "Enterprise Admins"?

If they are not, add them, force an replication, logoff and logon again. Try the command again.
