I have a user that has access to her manager's calendar, to even create meetings and she doesn't want to get the emails when people respond to the meeting invite (either accepted, or rejected), but she still wants access to view his calendar and make changes.

Is that possible and how would I do that?

The ability for her to receive meeting notifications is typically designated in the Delegates section. From the manager's Outlook client,  go to File > Info (left side tab) > Account Settings >  Delegate Access > click on the name of the assistant > click Permissions > uncheck Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me.

The problem is that the manager has a MAC, and is using MAC Office 2011.

It looks like from Outlook 2007, to access the Delegate options it is Tools > Options > Delegates tab > click on the name of the assistant > click Permissions > uncheck Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me... like how it is done in Outlook 2003.

The instructions above were for Outlook 2010.

Thanks,  The delegate wasn't under the delegates section on the MAC because I had removed it from Excahnge.  Then I added the user back in exchange and went to the managers laptop, and we made the modifications there and it works now, so thank you for your assistance.
