Installing 3rd Exchange 2010 Server in a domain

I'm trying to install a 3rd Exchange Server in our domain, and during the installation of the Hub Transport role, the following error is generated:  " The values that you specified for the Bindings and RemoteIPRanges parameters conflict with the settings on Receive connector "ServerName\Default ServerName". A Receive connector must have a unique combination of a local IP address, port bindings, and remote IP address ranges. Change at least one of these values.

Can anyone walk me through what this means and how to correct?  I've never installed Exchange before, nor involved in the install of the first two servers that were just recently installed in this organization.

Open the setup log file (c:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.log)
This log may include more information as to what was not unique

It would seem like you have either an orphaned server object in AD or duplicate IP address
Use AdsiEdit to verify that the server object and connectors do not exist
Configuratation\Services\Microsoft Exchange\OrgName\Administrative Groups\Exchange Administrative Group...\Servers\ServerName

If you are adding a role you can look under that ServerName container \Protocols\SMTP Receive Connectors
