    you have to be more specific. Where do you get this error - when you login, when you download a file?

    are you hosting the site on a IIS?

    When I am hostin the site on IIS

    It looks there is anoymous authentication enabled and this site doesn't support it.

    Go under directory security under that specific site and disable the anonymous auhenticantion and try again.
