Exchange-sync private calendar to public calendar

Hi Experts--

I am looking for a way to automatically sync a copy of an appointment/meeting from a private calendar within a user's mailbox to a public calendar for my entire agency.  We have been using Add2Exchange for some time with mixed success.  Does anyone know if the newer versions of Exchange (2007/2010) support this functionality natively?  We are currently using Exchange 2003 Ent on Server 2003 Ent.  Also, if Exchange 2007/2010 won't do it natively, how about Sharepoint?  Other third party software?  Custom code/scripts?

Thanks,

Hi, bingalls5.

Outlook and SharePoint can share a calendar.  I'm not sure that Outlook can share the default calendar with SharePoint though.  In this question from earlier this year I show a way to do this with a bit of scripting.  It's not a true sync, but it might work for your needs.
