Sent Mail on Multiple Computers using Outlook accessing same Email Address

I have multiple computers using Outlook to access one email address.  Is there a way to get an email sent from one computer to be seen/copied to the other computers accessing that email address?

Breakdown:  Computer A and Computer B are using Outlook to access the same email address.  Computer A sends an email, I want computer B to be able to see/have that email, too.

Anyone know of a way to do that?

There are a few options depending on your email provider.

    1.  If you are using an Exchange email account then all of the copies of outlook will synchronize.  Since you are asking this question then this is probably not an option for you.  You can get a hosted exchange account and pay a monthly fee to have this capability

    2.  The next best option is to set up your email as an IMAP account (gmail allows this) and the folders will synch with multiple computers including the 'sent' mail

    3.  The other option but more prone to problems is to have a POP email account and make sure all copies of Outlook are configured to leave the email on the server for 'x' number of days.  There are some problems with duplication of emails in folder at times with this approach.

See this link for option number 3:

If you can set up an IMAP account your email provider should be able to direct you on how to do this, or look at the Gmail site for an example.

@Snailcat: GMail biz app/email is being used so I can set the account to be an IMAP account and have Outlook access it that way.  That will fix the problem of sent emails being seen on the multiple computers?
