Please go to:

In Chome, Mozilla and Safari contents of drop down list and list boxes are left justified  (desirable)

In IE, content is centered.  (not desired)

How can I correct this in IE without disturbing the other browsers?

Many thanks for your speed!

Hi knowlton,
First of all you code seem to be using deprecated elements such as the <center> element which is not in use and would be one of the reasons causing the inconsistency.

I've noticed that you're using AP.NET and Telerik controls.
It has always been problematic to troubleshoot Telerik CSS since it's dynamically generated however, if you add the below rule to your theme CSS it should fix the issue but in some cases you might to make your CSS come after the telerik generated CSS in order to overwrite their rules, as the webresource generated CSS comes right before the closing tag of your head section

The below rules however should work even if you don't do so since a text-align property is not defined for such rules in the generated one.

.rfdSelect .rfdSelectOuter span, .rfdSelectBox ul {
    text-align:left;
}

Open in new window

Cheers!

I just stuck this in one of my CSS files, and it worked.

Thank you!
