SBS 2011 Standard group policy for client computer windows update

I have an SBS 2011 standard server domain with a Win 7 client machine. When I go to change the settings on windows update it says this is controlled by your system administrator and references the group policy setting for this. It even happens when I am logged in as the domain administrator on the machine.

Where do I find the settings in the server side GPO that will allow me to change this on the local computer? And how do I set these?
