I am trying to find the best "Free" disk defragmenter out there. I found one called "MyDefrag".

But I thought I would check with the experts out there to see if there might be better ones. Thanks!

    I'm like AusLogics Defrag, myself:

A bunch of other people around here seem to like Defraggler:

Another vote for Defraggler. It's quick, simple, and does a decent job of defragging.

    But doesn't Defraggler cost $$??

You're asked to pay for Defraggler.  MyDefrag is free.

Both Defraggler and MyDefrag are on my machine and I've no problems with either.  Defraggler seems faster and MyDefrag offers more options.

    Can't comment on Auslogics.

Defraggler is quick and good.  Auslogics has more options an I used To use it but something happened where it couldn't do a large file or something. But I moved to Smartdefrag and haven't had a reason to leave. It has 3 levels of defrag something only the paid one used to have

Personally i've used all the defrag programs mentioned above and others during years. My conclusion is that none of them is the best in absolute: some are better for something, others for something else.
Just choose one of those and go with it.

I suggest to not use more than one on the same computer; although this won't cause particular problems it won't give a better result. This because these defrag programs uses slightly different algorithms, so optimization made by one won't be accepted by another as the best and it will apply his own one.

Anyway, currently the best and more popular defragment programs are the following:
Auslogics Disk Defrag (free for home users only)
    Piriform Defraggler
    IOBit Smart Defrag
    My Defragmenter
    UltraDefrag (open source)
