backup and retrieval solution for users in workgroup

in a workgroup environment, would like to setup some backup solutions to
- save data maybe for maximum up to 2 weeks (data include users my documents)
- users can retrieve the data themselves from backup(optional)

which backup solutions more user friendly to achive this? DPM, NAS or some other backup solutions?
