How do I display the Parameter used for a report, when the Parameter can have multiple values?

Hi

I have written a report which is run using a parameter called Section Type.

I want to show what the Section Type used in the Header of the report.

The parameter can have 1, 2, 3 or 4 values ie The user can select 1 of 4 or all 4 Sections from a list when running the report.

Example:
Parameter = Section Type

Section =
Manufacturing
Directs
Indirect
Casuals

The user can select as many of these sections as they like.

How do I display the parameter?

You need to create a Formula for this :

Let Say your Param Name is Section. and it may allow 3 values

stringvar s:={?Section}[1];

if count({?Section})> 1 then s:=s+", " +{?Section}[2];

if count({?Section})> 2 then s:=s+", " +{?Section}[3] ELSE s ;

Try this Logic to Extend it for your needs.

You could also use the Join function.
