About a year ago I bought some software from this site:

http://www.rdiscounter.com

Now, the site does not seem to be online anymore.

What recourse do I have?

How might I find-out if they have "moved" to a new domain?

I am trying to locate my CD KEYS for the software.

adobe cs4 master collection

it was oem, just a zip file download, no cd, no manuals.   At one point i had cd key, but i figured i would not need it again.  but in the interim, i have misplaced the cd key.  since it was oem i don't think adobe will help me.

If it was activated you should be able to retrieve it from Adobe, give them a call and provide details given to you by the vendor/supplier.

Is exactly my problem.

I actually did contact adobe (after I posted on EE) and they said the online store I bought the software from is not a legitimate reseller of their software.

So great.  They're off the hook apparently.  So much for adobe helping me.

Is the PC you installed the software on still usable or it crashed?

You can retrieve the activation key there, by runing a berlac advisor, it will list all your keys on the Laptop.

Give me another day or two to try the berlac advisor and verify it finds valid keys that will activate my software.

But I ran it on my work PC, which has no licensing problems, and it did reveal the adobe keys.  So I'm convinced this should work.

I'll award the points now....but please be willing to answer a few follow-up questions...if that is okay?
