Command in Linux about PID, CPU and Memory usage

Hello expert,

I wanna ask about command in Linux Redhat.
What's command to see all of PID running with CPU and Memory usage?

ps -eHo user,pid,ppid,ni,pri,pcpu,rsz,vsz,cmd

you can type: free -h to see memory availabilty or you can install "sysstat" for CPU and df -g / -k for HDD

Usage:

mpstat / mpastat -P ALL

What is this ni,pri,pcpu,rsz,vsz? And how to sort it accordint to CPU usage or memory usage?
