NetBIOS Setting

Dear Experts,

could any one explain whats the difference between Default NetBIOS and Enable NetBIOS Setting in Primary Domain Controller?

what option should be enable Deafult or Enable TCP IP ?

i really appreciate if someone explain in detail.

With "default" will be enabled only if DHCP is providing right settings and with "enable" is enabled allways.
