Citrix Xenapp 6.0 Printing Crashes

Xenapp 6 server, Windows Server 2008 R2 X64
I am experiencing an interrmittent problem on one xenapp server where when users log in, it kills everyone's printers, and I think the spool service is restarting. Default printers then revert back to another printer. Default printer is a Ricoh and a HP as a backup for most users.

Events around the time users logs in are below.

After a few minutes or up to 15 minutes, it comes good again.

Ending a Windows Installer transaction: C:\Windows\system32\spool\DRIVERS\x64\3\HPZBDI64.MSI. Client Process Id: 9412.

Faulting application name: spoolsv.exe, version: 6.1.7600.16661, time stamp: 0x4c6f61fe
Faulting module name: HPCPN5r1.DLL, version: 0.3.1537.48, time stamp: 0x47f65051

You have a bad HP print driver.  Use the latest HP Universal Print Driver.  It works in a Citrix environment.
