Group Policy client-side extensions and Users moving between Sites

maybe a stupid question, but I am looking to use Group Policy client-side extensions across the Branches of one of our Clients, mapping Drives and printers etc, which are unique to each Branch. As such I was looking to apply the Group Policies to the Branch OUs. There are however two Managers who often travel from Head Office to the Branches and need to use the local resources. How is this accomplished if they are in the Head Office OU? I am guessing some reference to the Subnet they login in from, but I am new to these.
