Constant error message “ONRSD.exe error” at computer startup

I am constantly having this error message at computer start up.

"ONRSD.exe error"
The instruction at "0x7c911e58" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"

The OS is WIN XP SP3.
Making some research over the net an advice is to increase the RAM.
I have done it but the situation hasn't changed. Some claim is an Oracle error.
I have also done viruses and malware scan without any positive result.
Ho can I get rid of it

"...Ho can I get rid of it..."

Go into msconfig (start - run - msconfig) and click on the startup tab. Find the entry for ONRSD.exe and remove the checkmark next to it.  Click on "Apply" and then "OK".  Reboot when asked to do so, and see if the problem disappears.

hello...
one deeper solution is to go to add/remove programs and look for Oracle Client Service or any Oracle application and delete it.
