Exchange 2007 Disclaimer to be excluded for a single email ID

We have an Exchange 2007 environment with disclaimer set for all outgoing emails. One specific email ID to be used in a marketing campaign requires that there be no disclaimer at all for their outgoing emails.

Let me know if this is possible and how.

You can set this in a Transport Rule.

Exchange Management Console --> Organization Configuration --> Hub Transport

Add a new transport rule or edit the existing one Exchange Management Console --> edit.  In the conditions you can configure the disclaimer only to be sent if sent from a certain adress or group.

Will it apply in this scenario as well ?

All default mails - > Disclaimer required
One campaign mail -> No disclaimer

If you add the campain mail temporalily to a group as a single member then you can exclude it from sending the signature.
