Add-Ins menu

In 2010, is there a way to make the "Add-Ins" menu the default ribbon displayed when the database launches?

Problem is ... with an ACCDB, the Menu Bar setting (image 2 above) is not present, so ... I get the result in the image below - NO  menu, obviously not acceptable.

The case in the post above is an A2003 MDB running inside of A2010 ... so, no problem per se.

The same MDB converted to ACCDB ...  I have not found a way to get the same result ...YET.  But I have not spent much time on this ... YET.  However, in the next couple of weeks I expect to have this resolved.

Are you working with an MDB or ACCDB ?

In any case, you should be aware of this tool:

http://www.accessribbon.de/en/

and A2003 menu to A2010 Ribbon converter:

oops ... forgot to attach the image for the last post ... ACCBD version.

I've converted my .MDB to .ACCDB - does that mean I can make Add-Ins open as a default or I can't?
I'm sure there is a way, but I have not been able to figure out how to remove the FILE button.  Try the settings I showed above on the ACCDB.
