Isn't "Windows Server 2008" still "Windows"?
There is no 2008 specific install. There is only "Windows".
I'm running the 64 Bit versions right now on Windows 2008 R2.

That is right. I see the install of 11gr2 on windows server 2008 64-bit.
But wanted to know if there is an option for the same oracle version on
windows server 2008 32-bit. Is this possible?

11gR2?
I see specific downloads for 11gR1 but not R2.
Why are you not understanding what I'm saying: YES, the link I posted will install/run on 2008.
