iPhone and .Net

Is it possible to develop a .Net web app that I can run through a Browser in Windows and also have the same app run on a remote device. Specifically an iPhone.

    since it will be web based.

    You need to simply make sure that the application runs in Safari because that is what the iPhone uses.  Meaning, your javascript is really what you need to ensure works well.  Some .Net controls like the panel will display differently i.e. as a table in one browser and a div in another.
