How can I stop any dictionary password

Is there a way of making sure users choose phrases or first letters for example for their domain passwords?
I know people using words followed by 01!
Is there a way of importing dictionary words for example and not allowing them.
We already have password complexity in place and 8 characters, but I know some people still use a 7 letter word followed by a letter.
I suppose I could wait 26 times :)
Cheers
John

You can't natively unless you try and write your own password filter (highly discouraged)

There are some third party tools that go above the built-in password settings

http://www.specopssoft.com/products/specops-password-policy
http://www.anixis.com/

specops will allow you to disallow words.  You would have to test them out to see if they meet all the requirments.

Thanks
