I've tried Truecrypt which is great but also want to try some commericia alternatives.
So far I've struggled
Deslock + does not suppot 64 bit OS
PGP (Symantec) - I'm unable to buy in the UK
Checpoint - don't like the look of - not all features I want

What else is there on the market that others can recommend and have used?

Bitlocker which is part of Windows Vista and Windows 7 (Enterprise and Ultimate Editions) might be an option. Here's an FAQ: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc766200(WS.10).aspx
