2 Public Folders

We have 4 exchange servers, each with their own public fodler store, part of the same domain, and same forest.

We need to find out, how to access within outlook 2007 to all the different public folders. We have this working on one machine, and it works, but no one knows how it was done. we know this person has owner permissions to the public store that is hosted on the remote server.

This one user has the local public folder store and also a remote public folder store in his outlook. Does anyone know how to do this?

because one is in cayman islands and the other is in london. That's how i know ;)

it's not another public folder, like having multiple mailboxes. It's a folder within public folders which shows the contents of the remote public folders.
But anyway I have found a way to do it.

What I did, was give the user owner permissions to the cayman public folders and populated the permissions down, this then let that user see the public folder emails from Cayman as well as the London ones.

Not sure if that will work for all, but it worked for me.
How do you know one is local and one is remote? You can only have 1 PF MAPI tree (hierachy) per Exchange Organization and outlook will only display the MAPI tree.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?
