Microsoft CRM 4.0 offline Access Synchonize Mail Merge Records

"Failed move data for entity "Mail Merge Template" during action insert, counttRows=10 . Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator and try going offline again."  This is the error I get when I click Go Offline from the CRM menu in Outlook.  All tasks up to and including 5 of 5 campaign records sysnchronized to offline database complete but I get the error on 10 Mail Merge Template records synchronized to offline database.  Progress is error instead of completed. This is the first time I have tried to use Offline Access. I am using Outlook 2007 and CRM Rollup 14.  Any Ideas as to cause?

Do you have any language packs installed on the CRM Server?

In any case, I would be tempted to install Update Rollup 16 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=2477743

Thanks I deactivated the My Mail Merge Data Group, method 3 in the article, and it went offline successfully.
