Igmo question of the friggin' day.... Where is a simple bracket symbol in Visio.  I've looked under all the shape categories and can't find the darn thing anywhere!  I've searched in the search field to, nothing is coming back under "Bracket's" or "Parentheses"  Thanks for your help!

From your question I'm not sure whether you're looking for a bracket shape or just want to include brackets in the text on a shape.

If it's the latter, edit the text for a shape then select
    -- Visio 2010: Insert>Symbol>More Symbols
    -- Visio 2007: Insert>Symbol
Parentheses and brackets will be among the first set of symbols you see; scroll down a couple of lines to find the braces.
