Conflict Message
I have a user on a laptop which is using Windows XP..all updates and service packs. Running Office 2007 no service packs. This person is getting conflict message.
1 - rebuilt the OST file
2 - Turned off the email sync with his Droid.
3 - Made sure the Kaspersky mail add in was disabled
Turning off cache mode is not a long term option at all..but i could try it for a short time...maybe for a day. That is the only thing i can think of to try...i am wide open for suggestions...
What could be the reason?

i performed the upgrade to service pack 2 and within 5 minutes after rebooting..it happened....also...I got his log on information and logged onto another laptop and built his Outlook profile on that one and it did the same thing....i am thinking it may be something on the Exchange server with his mail box store...i have no idea..

I upgraded to service pack 2 with no success. I disabled cache mode and closed outlook and deleted the ost file and the .dat file and re enabled cache mode and rebuilt both of these files....still showing conflicts....what in the world could be causing these conflicts?...what could be creating these errors...also i removed the users Iphone acct from his phone and still got the conflicts...could it be something on the exchange server...
