change excel timeline based on shift times

Need some help with this, have tried using formulas but think some vba is needed to help with this problem. On the attached file (shifts worksheet) it outlines the start and end time for two shifts - Day & Night. the sheet next to it (Machine Selector) shows the timeline for the machine for each day. What I want to do is when the shift times are modified for say Monday, the cells on the timeline for monday are modified in the following way.
Day shift might start 7:30 to 4pm, thus the timeline would have the cells clear and available for that period, night shift might start at 21:30 to 7:30 am, so between 4pm anf 21:30pm there is no shift so the timeline would display NA. However if I decided to run overtime and modify the shift end time of day shift to 7pm, then the time line would update to show those cells (blank)

I hope its clear, thanks plant-load-trials.xlsm
