How do I create a new website with little web knowledge?

Currenlty I have my business website on Godaddy.com. I am using their website tonight.  It is a very unprofessional website.   I want a professional website.   Is there any way I can create one by myself. Or can any one suggest a good solution to create a good looking website? Thanks

If you want to invest in a inexpensive, but good product, I recommend Microsoft Expression, it will get your site looking professional. You will have to learn how to use the software, but it's easy to figure out. Maybe you should download a free evaluation copy and play around with it.
