SPAM Blacklist

Hello experts,

we are starting to have a few users get bounces when sending email. I've verified we are not blacklisted per:

http://www.mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=blacklist%3a184.191.128.10

Is there any other significant source for blacklisting that I should check? This is only happening with two users.

Only a couple of issues I can see with your domain...

Check this report for your domain: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport?domain=brainstatetech.com&format=raw&loadresults=true&token=07b120026c85459433d551151685101c

The nameserver issues should be taken care of, but probably doesn't contribute to the mail issue.

You should definitely set up an SPF record, as that will help with email, for any recipient servers that check. If you need help configuring a correct SPF record, check here: http://www.openspf.org and ask if you have any questions...

Also, if you do have bounces, you can post the specific bounce message header info, and we can help decipher the info it contains....
